Home...Sweet...Home

As most of you know we found a house four days after we arrived in El Paso. We had to do some "sweet talking" to get Max and Kobe approved to live here also. But, we're all here and have been busy settling in. The dogs love their new home...the backyard! They play and run around all morning and afternoon then we bring them inside at night and they fall right to sleep.

Spencer reports on Tuesday and will hopefully find out soon what his job will be. There are some elementary teaching positions open that I've applied for. One being a few blocks from our house!

I'd say we've adjusted well out here. The biggest shock we've had is realizing how close Mexico is. While driving on Interstate-10 you can literally see the tall, black fence that separates the U.S. from Mexico. You can even see Mexico's huge flag flying over the city!

We will continue to keep you all updated on things happening out here. I've posted only exterior pictures of the house since the inside is still a bit messy and unorganized!!
